Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR Operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and Malaysian employment regulations.
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Handle payroll for a workforce of at least 100 employees, including a significant population of shift-based employees.
- Administer payroll components including:
Overtime payments
Public holiday pay
Other statutory and company-related payroll adjustments
- Maintain employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding, confirmation, transfers, resignations and offboarding processes.
- Prepare payroll reports, HR metrics and statutory submissions.
- Liaise with Finance and external vendors on payroll-related matters.
