Human Resources Operations Manager

CSP has exclusively partnered with a food service company in their search for an HR Operations Manager. The HR Operations Manager provides comprehensive HR leadership across multiple business units and employee groups. This role oversees core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, training and development, compensation, benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. The position is highly hands-on and supports both operational and corporate environments across onsite and remote teams. This role will be on-site five days a week in Halethorpe, MD.
