Insight Global is seeking a Director of People for a direct hire opportunity in the Northern Virginia area. This is a hybrid role that requires occasional onsite meetings each month and some travel during the year. Your role is instrumental in leading and advancing key People related programs and activities and your work helps to establish the client as a destination employer. You will contribute at both hands on and strategic levels and partner with cross functional leadership and teams to design and deliver strategies and tactics for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate and retain our world class team.
