The HR Manager will manage and improve the company’s overall HR operations. This role will help

ensure that HR policies, systems, and practices are aligned with business goals, labor laws, and

employee needs.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to management and employees. They will help

build a positive, compliant, and productive workplace while supporting employee growth and

organizational development.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Lead the full cycle of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,

compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and employee engagement.

 Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support
