Human Resources Manager (Onsite)

Banyan is a not-for-profit organization that has provided quality services to the youth justice, children, and senior`s community support sectors since 1978. Banyan is committed to improving the mental, physical, and social well-being of at-risk populations in our service areas of Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, and Wellington.

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, and in accordance with Banyan Policy, Practice & Procedure Manual, the Manager, Human Resources is knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices and will provide professional advice, insight, expertise and support to Banyan’s Management Team in a broad range of human resource functions.

The Manager, Human Resources will have strong business sense allowing them to anticipate, understand and provide business solutions that contribute to the growth of our employees, while building collaborative relationships inside and outside the organization.
