This role involves delivering excellent customer service while managing all HR department functions in a manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with operations and Corporate HR to drive business strategies, support Continuous Improvement, and lead a multi-disciplinary HR team. Your expertise will guide Labour Relations activities and ensure adherence to HR programs and collective agreements.
