Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, manage job postings, screen candidates, and execute seamless new-hire orientations. (1) Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for staff inquiries and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture. (1) Performance Management: Assist departmental leaders in executing performance review cycles, goal setting, and development planning.
