This role collaborates closely with employees, leaders, and cross-functional HR teams to ensure employment actions are consistent, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies, labor laws, and business objectives. The Human Resources Manager facilitates employee relations matters, performance management processes, leadership training and development initiatives, leave management, and termination procedures, while coaching and supporting management on a wide range of workforce issues in a dynamic corporate environment.
