Job Responsibilities:
+ Oversee the talent acquisition and onboarding process including interviews, references, background check , new hire orientation, employee data entry, and create employee personnel files, etc.
+ Implement compensation and benefits strategies in alignment with business strategy including compensation structure and incentive program creation, benefits portfolio selection, etc.
+ Supervise payroll processing, garnishment management, benefits administration, initial enrollment, open enrollment, qualifying events and leave of absence management through clear and timely communication
