We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual HR professional to join a 50-employee manufacturing company as a Bilingual Human Resources Manager . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and enjoys being involved in all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, compliance, safety, and training. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and bring prior HR experience within a manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite, direct hire position in New Berlin, WI.
