Raybow Hotel, a leading 3-star hotel in Takoradi, is seeking a talented and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team.

Position Overview: The HR & Admin Manager will lead the hotel’s efforts in building a high-performing team and culture that values and nurtures people. The successful candidate will develop and execute people strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, enabling the company to fulfill its mission.
