Job Description
Within our 300-person manufacturing facility in Allendale, Leprino is seeking a Plant HR Manager I to support our people, leaders, and operations as we continue to grow our cheese and dairy ingredients business. This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure day-to-day HR support, compliance, and workforce needs are handled effectively, consistently, and with care.
What Youll Do:
+ Build strong, respectful relationships across the plant to support a positive employee experience and stable operations
+ Guide plant supervisors and managers through employee concerns, performance conversations, and fair discipline practices
+ Shape local HR practices that align with Leprino standards while fitting the plants unique needs
