• Ensure harmony between the company, workers, and Union, to promote productivity.
• Warranty all relationships of the Company with Unions, Federal and Local Ministers (Labor, Social Security, Trade, Housing, etc.) and Federations are within the legal frame and incompliance; and maintaining a social perspective.
• Contribute to the success of the company by maintaining and developing a highly qualified and motivated human resource to achieve the objectives of the company.
• Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures of the Company.
• Be the face for HR matters during Audit Exercises (internally and externally (KPMG)).

• Salary: $77,000 gross a month.
