Human Resources Manager

The HR Manager is responsible for independently leading and managing the full spectrum of HR activities for the facility management entity HR function of the organization. The role covers Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Visa & Government Relations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Onboarding & Offboarding, and Office Administration Management. The HR Manager will ensure that HR strategies, policies, and practices are aligned with organizational goals and compliant with UAE labor laws, providing proactive support to the operational and corporate leadership teams.
