Key Responsibilities
+ Event Leadership: Spearhead the end to end planning, logistics, and execution of internal employee engagement events (e.g., team building activities, wellness workshops, recognition ceremonies, and social gatherings).
+ Project Management: Drive the 3-month Employee Engagement Project, maintaining timelines, coordinating with vendors, and managing the allocated budget.
+ Full-Cycle HR Exposure: Assist the HR team with daily operations across the employee lifecycle. You will gain hands on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding processes, HRIS data management, and performance management tracking with the guidance and supervision of HR professionals.
+ Cultural Champion: Develop initiatives that align with organizational behavior principles and current leadership theories to strengthen team cohesion and information flow across departments.
