What you’ll do

Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in HR operations. As an HR Ops Expert, you’ll build long-horizon people‑ops tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open‑ended essays, no subjective judgment calls.

Expect to build scenarios across:

• Employee inquiries : policy questions with a documented correct answer, benefits questions against plan docs
• Lifecycle events : onboarding and off‑boarding with required checklist completion, leave decisions with ground‑truth FMLA/ADA determinations
• HRIS work : data updates with defined before/after states, benefits enrollment with rule‑based eligibility outcomes

These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.
