Job Description

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating salary scales
Help benchmark salaries against market data to ensure competitiveness
Support the review of job descriptions
Help in assigning appropriate grades based on internal equity and external competitiveness
Provide input on salary offers for new hires
Ensure offers are aligned with internal salary structures
Ensure compensation practices comply with local labor laws and organizational policies
Administer employee benefits (., health insurance, retirement plans)
Respond to staff queries regarding benefits and compensation
Payroll Administration
Payroll Data Management
Collect and verify monthly timesheets, leave records, and other payroll inputs
