Job Description

Human Resources Generalist – new plant start‑up based in Port Colborne, Ontario. Supports integrity, efficiency, and compliance of the HR function, execution of core HR processes, process improvements, and employee experience.

Reporting Relationships

Directly reports to the Human Resources Manager.

• Create HR documents such as policies, programs, and reporting to support the growing company.
