The Role
We're looking for a Human Resources Generalist to build and scale our HR function from scratch to support our global teams across Norway, Sweden, Ireland, and the US. This role will build the HR function and will own all aspect of HR, it is a true builder and generalist role.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience:
- Working at a startup;
- Building a HR function from the ground up;
- Serving as the sole HR professional within an organization; and
- Operating as a broad generalist across multiple areas of HR.
