Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist (12-15 months contract) who will be working with other members of the HR team on a variety of HR tasks. Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources and working closely with the Vice President of Finance, the HR Generalist will be assisting in day-to-day HR functions including full lifecycle recruiting and onboarding for a broad range of positions across regions, the design, development and maintenance of human resources related projects as well as overseeing all functions and deliverables associated with processing Canadian payroll (assisting with US payroll), ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, and for administering Canadian group benefits. This is a hands‑on role that requires in-depth knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruitment and onboarding.
