Overview

A Chicago based food manufacturing firm is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their Human Resources and Payroll teams in Chicago. Alpha Baking Company, Inc. maintains six manufacturing facilities across four states, distributing fresh baked goods throughout the Midwest, and nationally via frozen foodservice partners.

Position Summary

The HR Generalist position reports to the Senior Director of Human Resources, and is responsible for regional human resources duties.

• Responsible for resolving employee relations issues and conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations. Works closely with management to determine appropriate resolutions and outcomes.
