Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist supports a manufacturing plant in Ashland City, TN by delivering comprehensive HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on onboarding, administering HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, supporting performance appraisal processes, and managing benefits and leave programs. The HR Generalist also contributes to workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives, promotes a positive workplace culture, and ensures compliance with labor laws and HR policies. This position provides day-to-day HR support to both employees and leadership and reports to the Plant HR Manager.
Responsibilities
+ Provide day-to-day HR services and support to managers and employees to ensure effective human resource management across the plant.
+ Conduct training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and programs to support employee understanding and compliance.
