Location: Arcadia, WI (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $32–$35 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours

Work Environment: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote) | Manufacturing Environment

Overview

We are seeking an HR Generalist / Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative within a manufacturing environment. This role will focus heavily on recruiting skilled trades talent while also assisting with onboarding, orientation, and day-to-day HR support during a period of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit skilled trades and manufacturing candidates. <...
