SUMMARY:
DBN – Human Resources Executive - Umhlanga
Purpose of the job: to create, oversee, and take responsibility for the development and implementation of the business's HR strategy.

Required Qualifications

1. BComm, preferably with HR and commercial/finance management
2. Having transitioned into HR, operational experience is ideal.
3. At least 15 years of experience, 8 of which must be in senior leadership or management
4. Experience handling IR and HR-related legal issues, including leading legal challenges and defending the company in arbitration and collective bargaining
5. Pan-African knowledge and experience
6. The ability to be a generalist in senior management
7. Experience with organizational design (grading, profiling, organogram design, total rewards models)
8. Willing to visit locations frequently
