Job Scope

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Support compensation, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Drive organizational change and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
• Prepare HR reports and provide workforce insights to management.
