Human Resources Cum Accounts Officer
Job Summary
Manage HR and accounting functions including payroll preparation, accounting entries, bank reconciliation, and renewal follow-ups to support smooth business operations in a Bukit Batok office environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with senior staff in Mandarin to facilitate smooth information exchange
- Manage email correspondence related to HR and accounting matters promptly and professionally
- Record and process accounting entries for incoming and outgoing payments to maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare bi-monthly and monthly payroll for all staff, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement
