Key Responsibilities

• Provides administration and gatekeeping for recruitment and hiring activities and results through ATS system – assists departments with recruitment, such as job postings, screening applications, reference checking, job fairs, and orientation, including handling initial communications with candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records by updating databases with new hires, terminations, leaves, transfers, and other changes.
