Job Summary:
- The Human Resources Coordinator works under the direction of the Regional Human Resources Manager.
- This position will be responsible for the full cycle of onboarding of field personnel and provide administrative support for day-to-day operations.
- This includes record-keeping, profile maintenance and HRIS entry in JDE.
Work Schedule The work schedule for this position is 7:
- 00am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
Primary Job Function:
- Process all new hires through the life cycle of onboarding.
- Ensure all new hires have completed the physical questionnaire and are released to work for the company.
- Assist the OQ & Training Department with PEC Test validation and PEC card lookup.
