Job Description

HR Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions for the HR team.
  • Prepare new hire onboarding binders and support orientation logistics.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
  • Organize and digitize existing employee documentation

  • Onboarding & Training:


  • Launch assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Set up training platform accounts for new hires.
  • Track completion of training and follow up as needed

  • LOA Tracking:


  • Manage and process employee Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, including FMLA, ADA, personal, and medical leaves, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and internal policies.
  • Provided guidance and support to employees throughout the LOA process, from initiation to return-to-work, ensuring a positive and compliant experience
