We are seeking to hiring a part time (30 hours per week) Human Resources Coordinator to providing support in functional areas of the HR Department, which includes recruitment and employment, Human Resource records, clerical, and other support as needed.
The schedule for this position is Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The starting pay range is $23.00 to $24.00 per hour.
The responsibilities for this position include the following:
+ Coordinate the onboarding process, assisting with reference checks, pre-employment physicals/drug screens and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
+ Represent and promote organization to potential applicants by providing information, responding to questions, and collecting applicant data.
+ Assist with coordinating yearly United Way Campaign and tracking of donations in excel.
