**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our HR Coordinator, you will help our employees and leaders by establishing partnerships across the HR function. This is an in office position in Bismarck, North Dakota.

Everyday you will be responsible for supporting a positive employee life cycle, as well as aligning processes to support human resources, leaders and team members through a variety of responsibilities.

To be successful in this role you will support HR tactical business needs, in partnership with the HR team, for effective people management and operational performance. Assist the HR team with the development and implementation of programs/initiatives to increase recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement, diversity inclusion and belonging.
