This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a collaborative People team and partner closely with site leadership to drive people initiatives and support business performance.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a busy manufacturing site. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, you'll support employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement initiatives, while helping deliver the broader people strategy.

This is a site-based contract role through to the end of 2026, with the potential for extension.
