We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic professional to join our client's team, a thriving FMCG leader operating out of a spectacular, modern office right in the heart of Montreal! Reporting to the Senior HRBP, this isn’t just a support role; it’s a launchpad where you will be the ultimate wingmate to junior and middle managers, driving the sales team’s success across recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee relations. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders to solve people-puzzles, align HR initiatives with company growth, and champion leadership excellence, all while owning our Internship program, reinventing onboarding, and facilitating impactful training initiatives.
