Human Resources Business Partner

PE Global is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Partner to join our leading global manufacturing client based in Desford, Leicestershire. The role is an initial 12-month contract and is fully site-based, working 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to support their people management agenda, acting as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations matters.
