HR & Benefits Assistant- Fixed Term Contract- 12 Months (maternity cover)
Hybrid (home working, with business travel for key meetings/events)
As this role is a contract we are looking for someone available to start on short notice, and before the beginning of August.
The Role Mission & Responsibilities:
The HR & Benefits Assistant plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the UK & Ireland People function, ensuring a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Working closely with the HR Director and wider HR team, this role combines HR administration, payroll coordination, benefits management, employee support and HR systems administration. The successful individual will help ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies, employment legislation and GDPR requirements.
