Overview:
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the human resources function and overall business by doing special projects and assisting with general administration regarding benefits, training and development, legal compliance, and other human resource-related topics.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to the function and independent HR projects as assigned
+ Ensure the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
+ First line of support for employee requests and questions
+ Manage the coordination of onboarding and new hire orientation
+ Generate reports, including headcount and long service, and understand the impact of what you are reporting to ensure data accuracy
+ Maintain HR records and performance management systems in real-time and with accuracy
