Summary This is an entry level position leading to the full performance level Human Resources Assistant, NF-0203-03 position. The purpose of the position is to provide assistance to applicants, to assist in the in processing of new employees, and to provide a full range of support assignments for the Commander Navy Region Europe Africa Central Command (CNREAC) Responsibilities This position is located in the Non-appropriated fund (NAF) Personnel Office, Commander, Navy Region Europe Africa Central. The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and administrative support in a wide variety of human resources activities and programs. At the full performance NF 0203 03 status, utilizes knowledge of numerous local, CNIC, and DON policies and procedures to provide information on regulatory requirements to employees and members of the public who have little or no knowledge of the Federal personnel system.
