We have an exciting opportunity at our Vancouver downtown office to join the role of a Human Resources and Office Administrator working with Management. Your role will include but are not limited to the following:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of HR and office operations.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, including preparing welcome materials, coordinating IT setup, and reviewing policies.
- Support with staff scheduling, time‑off tracking, department coverage and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Help coordinate and prepare documentation for performance reviews and employee check‑ins.
