JOB DESCRIPTION Grade 12. Relevant Human Resources Administration qualification and / or experience. Business Management / Organisational Development / Performance Management qualification (advantageous). Person must be able to speak, read and write in English. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle (a strong advantage). Competent computer skills (Email / MS Office). Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting tools. 2yrs previous working experience with KPAs / KPIs. Previous working experience in performance management administration is essential .
