Human Resources Administrator

Established in 2023, Lotus Care provides residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely setting. We currently operate 12 residential centres with a dedicated team of 200 employees and continue to grow.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Working closely with the Senior HRBP, Senior HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Lead, the HR Admin will support recruitment, compliance and HR administration, with opportunities for learning and development.

Role Overview

• Reporting to: Director of People and Culture
• Working Week: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday
• Location of Work: Birr, Co. Offaly (Fully on-site)
• Start Date: Mid-August
