Support the Human Resources team as an Administrative Assistant on site. You'll engage with HR processes while ensuring confidentiality and effective communication.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor, you will provide essential administrative assistance to the HR department. This role includes tasks like new hire orientation, benefits administration, and maintaining HRIS records. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills and can handle multiple priorities while ensuring attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs
• Assist with new hire orientations and sign-ons
• Maintain the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Act as liaison with insurance providers
• Provide administrative support to the HR group
