Job Description
Objective: The HR supervisor would be responsible for assisting with recruiting functions and retention of employees, specifically on boarding. Promote a positive culture with new employees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Recruiting activities for various locations Participation with production in on-farm development Conducts recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, Conducts new-employee orientations; monitors mentor program, writes and places advertisements. Assists with the various projects. Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by SR HR Supervisor. Ability to speak Spanish is a must. MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
