VACANCY: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Our member who is in tourism /hospitality business located in Naivasha, seeks to fill the position of Human Resource Officer that has arisen in their company. The position reports to the director. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, developing and implementing sound personnel policies and practices in line with the labour laws of Kenya
Coordinate recruitment and selection processes as per the needs of the company
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and the Employment Act.
Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs while ensuring a high level of confidentiality on the payroll.
Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and human resource documentation
Coordinate annual performance appraisal processes.
Liase with the departmental heads to identify and address and address workforce needs
Prepare annual leave plans for all employees on a monthly basis.
