Human Resource
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, and discipline matters
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies
- Oversee employee welfare and staff development initiatives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
