Marcus Hotels & Resorts seeks an influential Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This role serves as a key ambassador for the department’s brand and culture, ensuring a positive associate experience from hire through offboarding. The HR Generalist provides human resources support to include associate relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, compliance, and overall associate recognition and engagement. The ideal candidate is patient, trustworthy, and organized while fostering a workplace of experiential fun.
