This is not a recruitment role. If your background is primarily in Talent Acquisition, this isn’t the right fit. This role is 100% post‑hire: labor relations, BIR processing, compliance, payroll, engagement.
Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote initially, transitioning to On‑site once the office is established). For Cebu‑based hires: On‑site arrangement. Relocation package is available.
