Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Handle accounting tasks using QuickBooks (required)
- Prepare and process AIA billings
- Manage Paychex payroll processing
- Support HR functions including employee records, onboarding, and compliance
