Human Resource Admin / Executive

Jalan Besar Town Council manages and maintains the common property of public residential and commercial estates in our town. We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable HR Admin / Executive to join our growing team. You will play a hands‑on role in establishing and executing our day‑to‑day HR operations.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will handle the operational spectrum of generalist HR functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager to execute daily HR administration, recruitment, foreign work pass management, employee engagement, and MOM statutory compliance. This role is ideal for an operational generalist who thrives on managing execution and keeping systems running smoothly.
