Job Description
We are currently seeking an
Engineering Quality & Human Performance Specialist
to support the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and the Human Performance Program for engineering and technical staff. This role helps ensure engineering work complies with company procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while promoting quality, organizational learning, error reduction, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with the Quality Manager and engineering teams, the Specialist strengthens engineering effectiveness, project delivery, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
