Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation and compliance of Human Capital policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Botswana labour legislation and organisational requirements.

• Maintain and manage all Human Capital governance documentation and records.

• Ensure employee records are accurate, secure, and maintained in accordance with data protection and record management requirements.

• Coordinate Human Capital initiatives and projects aligned to the organisation's Human Capital Strategy.

• Provide advice and guidance to management on Human Capital matters.

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
